I decided to use the same font as I did for my Digipak so I would have some continuity between the two. Similarly, I also chose to use a natural landscape shot with urban features as this not only links with my music video but also adheres to the conventions of the indie genre. Unlike the exterior of my Digipak, I chose to keep the vivid colours of the original shot for my magazine advert. The colours of the sky are really rich and fresh which wasn't only just appealing to the eye but also matched the natural colour palette that usually features within the indie genre.
Also as it's an advert for a magazine, I chose to show a small preview of the Digipak and provide the option to buy it on major media software, iTunes.
