Mood board

Here is a mood board I created using secondary pictures for the song 'Ready' by Kodaline. The pictures range from empowering images of women, to urban and rural landscapes to photos capturing women in the army. These are all ideas and features we would like to incorporate into our music video.
Costume/Fashion: The costume within our music video will only vary between fitness wear and combat uniform.
Props: So far, there aren't a great deal of striking props that are going to feature in our music video- the narrative is what we aim to attract the most attention to.
Themes: The recurring theme throughout our video is empowerment, feminism and equal strength. Furthermore, there is also a heavy military theme that runs through our video.
Symbols: As shown on my mood board, the feminism symbols are ideas we want to incorporate into our video- but broadly, we aim to integrate symbols and connotations of gender equality.
Inspirations: There aren't any music video inspirations on my mood board but there is one from the BBC Drama 'Our Girl' (previously posted on my blog) which is a narrative that has greatly influenced the narrative of our music video.
