Filming: Reshoot

After editing the gym footage, we realised we wanted to tighten up a few of the shots, so we headed back to the gym for a reshoot! Along with the active gym shots we also filmed the 'uniform hand over' shot. This has probably been the hardest shot yet, we had to film it about 20 times before we finally found one we liked.

First comes the uniform hand over:
First attempt was a diagonal shot. In this shot I hand over my gym gear out of frame and am then given my uniform from a set of arms out of the frame (Holly). As easy as it sounds, this was actually much harder to perfect than we though. After countless attempts, we tried another angle.

The follow up was a side on. The problem with this one was that too much of the other person's arms (Holly and Bella) were seen- making it look very unprofessional. Scrapped!

Then the hardest of all was the birds eye. This shot had too much arms and too much legs, it moved the focus away from the uniform and to the background movement instead. Another no go.

Here are some shots of me in uniform, after having joined the army. We used the close ups of the shirt and boots to really highlight the difference in settings.

We're just waiting for all of the clips to upload- let the sorting begin!
