Artist inspiration

Still browsing through female indie artists, I researched into a few I feel would potentially really fit our group:

CHVRCHES
'Chvrches' are a Scottish group that fall under the electronic/indie genre. They are signed to Glassnote Entertainment Group and formed in 2011, consisting of 3 members. Their female lead singer Lauren Mayberry makes them an ideal candidate for our artist inspiration. Furthermore, their music is current and enjoyed by a vast audience as well as being a personal preference. Here is one of their songs:

PVRIS
'Pvris' are an American group composed of 3 members that fall under the indie/rock genre. They formed in 2013 and are signed to Tragic Hero. Their female lead vocalist, Lyndsey Gunnelfsen has a unique sound which adds an edge to their music. Their genre of music makes them a suitable contender to be our song choice. Also, their music videos are quite unique and abstract making them very unique. Here is one of their songs:

SAY LOU LOU
'Say Lou Lou' are an Australian and Swedish twin sister duo that I stumbled upon accidentally. Technically considered more 'dream pop' than indie, the majority of their sound isn't exactly right for our group. However, other factors such as the female voices and the fact that their music is still largely uncelebrated makes them a slight more suitable. Releasing their first single in 2012 having been signed to Sony, the duo created their own record label- 'à Deux'. Here is one of their songs:
